BBGM provided the architectural and interior design of this residential project in Washington, DC. The new structures are 9-12 stories tall, with 160 cars of parking below grade. The Yale Laundry Apartment Building includes 180 units from studios to small two-bedroom units. Amenities include a fitness center, game room, meeting rooms, club room, a self-service bar and rooftop pool.
